This is a luxurious course where you can enjoy a luxurious sashimi platter of three kinds and confit of Japanese Black beef fillet. Other dishes you can enjoy include duck and seasonal vegetable terrine, steamed angel shrimp and red sea bream with lotus leaf, and freshly cooked rice in a clay pot made with Niigata Prefecture's Koshihikari rice.We also recommend the seasonal fruit tarts. We have a wide selection of drinks, including Premium Malts, sake, shochu, wine, and cocktails! Please come along! (The course menu is an example.)
